Begad, Me Hearties, and a Howdy Do from Pirate Central! A mighty welcome to the 2010 UUFWS Fundraising Auction website! Slide on your buccaneer boots and join us on Saturday, March 20 at the Fellowship, where the doors will open at 6:00 p.m. for the festivities we’ve planned for ye, one and all. Dress nicely, casually, and comfortably—or don your best piratical threads, Admission is free and we urge you most courteously to invite as many friends and fam as ye’d like. There will be tempting and tasty treats to keep you primed for bidding throughout the night, but please enjoy your dinner ashore before heading to Pirate Central. Feel free to bring your own beer, wine or grog aboard and add it to the stash at the central bar for all to share and enjoy, served up by our friendly pirate crew. When you arrive, our check-in maties will arm you with a numbered bidder card. The Silent Auction and Fixed Price sign-ups get under way at 6:00. The Live Auction action begins at 7:00 p.m. Sit with your crew wherever you like. If you will need babysitting or transportation services, please contact Pirate Admiral Patty Ricono at pattypop@triad.rr.com no later than Wednesday, March 17. These services will be canceled if the Admiral doesn’t hear from you by then. Them’s the basics, maties!
